After bringing two Rams from the Bloomington store so that i could see and test drive I changed my mind and went with the 2025 Gladiator RZR they had on the lot. I want to thank Orlando for all the work he did for me during this decision. If you go to Sam Leman in Morton ask for Orlando. I am sure he will treat you just as well as he treated me. My salesman was Dennis Jordan. I don’t know if I have ever had an easier buying experience. Everything is very simple and very transparent. There were only four line items on my invoice. The price of the truck, the dock fee, the 90 day tag fee and the total. My warranty was purchased through a video chat and all the documents were signed before I ever showed up to the dealership. I flew in from Tulsa, Oklahoma for this truck And drove home very happy with the entire experience. I recently had to take my 2022 Ram Cummins to Sam Leman of Morton for engine repair. The infamous Lifter tick. I was referred to Mike Zermeno (service advisor) by a friend of mine. Mike scheduled me, and was very professional, knowledgeable, and had great communication. I was nervous because the noise was intermittent. The tech took some extra time and was able to replicate the noise, and diagnose the issue. Mike reached out to me, and explained what was going on. This required them to contact an engineer from Cummins. Within a few of days they had the go ahead to start working on it. This required removing the cab of the truck and do an extensive repair—cam lifters pushrods and rocker arms all needed to be replaced. It took several weeks, but Mike communicated along the way. In the meantime, they provided me with a rental. There were a couple of things I pointed out when I picked it up, and they were quick to get it all taken care of. I was really worried about squeaks, rattles, leaks etc. But none of that has been an issue. The truck is running great, no leaks, no noises. It was fixed right the first time and I’ve had no issues at all. I really appreciate their work on it. I hope I don’t need any more warranty work but if do I’ll be giving Mike a call. I have not purchased a vehicle here yet, but have looked at several, and always enjoyed the experience. I never felt pressure, and yes,they obviously want to sell cars, that is what the business does, and how it survives. However, they gave me plenty of space, were there if/when I had a question, but also let me walk around w/o being 2 steps behind. I appreciate their professionalism, as well as the way the staff interact w/each other.

We went to buy a used Grand Cherakee with cash. Should of been a simple transaction. The salesperson was new and informed us we had to wait on the finance guy to finish the sale. He would never let us know how long the wait was. Do to me be partially disabled I had to leave because sitting on the chairs was so painful. So my partner had to wait over two hours to buy a car with cash. Then the finance person talked down to my partner asking if she should call me for permission to buy things we did not want. While I was there we overheard the salesperson saying distrustful things about the customer he was helping while we were there. In short, If it wasn't for the fact we wanted that vehicle for our business we would not then and not in the future give the sales department our business. Very unprofessional and the feeling of non truths.

Max at Sam Leman made the car-buying experience incredibly easy and fast. He was super transparent throughout the entire process and never pushy like your typical car salesman. Everything was straightforward, honest, and stress-free. Highly recommend working with Max if you’re looking for a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Salesman was great. Told him I didn’t want bothered until after vacation and he didn’t. The financial/warranty guy was terrible. Was mad that I wouldn’t buy a warranty and got really rude. The warranty was also way overpriced.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Wrangler Sport. I wanted the hydro blue with specific equipment and it was not easy to find. I got the exact vehicle I wanted at a very fair price. Caleb was my salesperson and he treated me great. The dealership honored the internet discounts that other dealerships advertised but told me I did not qualify for. The staff is kind, patient, and extremely professional. I would highly recommend giving Sam Lehman in Morton a shot. Ask for Caleb!

I bought a 24 Ram 2500 pricing was great with no hidden fees. Drove 2 hours to get it and everything was as they stated over the phone.

Had a very positive experience at this dealership buying a used Tahoe. Vehicle was in great shape and exactly as advertised. Our salesman Caleb was very personal and didn’t seem fake, very easy to relate to and feel at ease. The finance gentleman was very pushy about extended warranty even after I said No many times but I understand that’s his job and he’s prolly very good at it. This past Saturday 12/6/25 I had the worst customer service I have ever experienced at Sam Leman in Peoria. I contacted Max at Sam Leman in Morton and Max and his manager were willing to take a few steps to put me in the car that was actually located in the Peoria lot. After arriving in Morton Max showed us how we could get a brand new car for around the same price as the car I wanted in Peoria. I have bought a few cars in my life and this was the best experience I have had. The whole team in Morton are amazing. If this review reaches anyone searching for a vehicle please go to Sam Leman in Morton. They are spectacular!!

Everyone was very friendly and helpful with the process as this was our first new car purchase. The process did not take a long time and everyone kept us informed along the way. Very easy and informative process. I would recommend them!
