I bought a new 2019 RAM truck. It took over 4 hours of 'haggling' to finally arrive at a price, but what was worse was that it took over 4 hours to PICK UP the truck at a later date. Not a pleasant experience. The ONLY service work was when the 'check engine' light came on. It cost me $180 for them to tell me what was wrong and over $1800 of parts and labor and it still wasn't fixed. They had to call the manufacturer who suggested they check they wiring. Bought a used car from them and it was the worst decision ever. The car had some permanent codes due to a faulty aftermarket exhaust install and was tuned for 93 octane. Neither of these issues were disclosed and in fact, they cleared the active codes to sell me a car with no visible issues. The morning after purchase, the permanent codes threw check engine light and they refused to help it cover repair costs. That is on top of the warranty I purchased for $6,000. I purchased a 2023 Charger in July from AJ. Had the vehicle delivered and the car came damaged. It had a damaged wheel, both rear door fender flares and a wiper blade. They did venmo me money for the wiper blade but went round and round with them about getting the rim and fender flare fixed. I even asked them to send me white paint to fix the fender flare. Sales representative, AJ Jenkins, went above and beyond not once, but twice recently for finding the perfect RAM for me, as well as, finding my 16 yr old daughter's dream car!!! This was my first purchase from Sam Leman-Morton. I was searching for a new Ram TRX and I saw that Sam Leman had one listed. I sent them an internet request and almost immediately AJ responded that the truck was available. He then called me a few minutes later and sent pictures/video of the truck. When someone flies in to buy a $70k vehicle, I don’t think it’s too much to expect it to be newly washed and have a full tank of gas. Mine was very dusty and had less than a quarter tank! In addition the truck needed some service (check engine lights were on) that was not noticed until just a few days before my scheduled pick up. Luckily a local shop was able to service it right before I arrived. This last minute issue just created unwelcome stress!!

I refuse to use google or Facebook for anything. so I’ll write a short review. Parker was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, well informed and ready with answers about jeeps. Mine was built specifically for me. The sticker sheet even has my name on it. Nice touch jeep. I definitely have no problem giving Parker and Sam Leman excellent ratings across the board. Very easy going laid-back no pressure experience.
